Cancel to downgrade for free.
Could not afford the service so I downgraded my line and was charged R250, then the prices went up and so I asked them to cancel my account, then im told they can downgrade for FREE. Speaking to customer service they said its only free when they want to retain the customer which I think is really bad practice.

Bag opened, Things Stolen.
Flying to PE with my carry on, they said we need to store it in "air baggage" when we got to the plane. When I got home I found out that someone had opened my bag and stolen my E cigarette, my ejuice and my camera bag. When I called them to let them know, all they said was nothing was in "lost and found" and I told them it was because it was stolen and not lost, then they said "ok" Disgusting

Messed up my account and no one is getting back to me.
So I kept getting calls from the Vodacom call center to have my accounts upgraded, after a few months of them calling me and giving me a good deal I decided to let them renew my contracts. Since then my bill is nearly triple the amount it should be and I keep mailing the call center to call me or to sort it out and no one is getting back to me, i keep leaving call me back msgs on the vodacom site and no one is getting back to me. The ones that have been "assisting" me at the call center : Tertius Fitzgerald ********** Nomalanga Radebe ********** Please can someone help me sort this out. Thanks Gavin

Buy and Get - False Advertising

Homeloans taking forever
Good day<br> <br> Just not sure why homeloans is taking forever, always asking for documents at the last moment, also taking ages to give feedback, and currently asking for documents that do not exist which is now affecting the lodging process and putting pressure on my relationship with the developers/agent.<br> <br> Regards
