Technicians **** and broke my radio and claimed that they found it like that when they have already did the inspection to see everything was fine , we are charged R33 000 to fix a Deck CD unit that they broke when they were trying to install the devices and still the devices were not installed
They broke and stole our parcel , please return our parcel if you are not going to replace and refund us! It’s been a month since they have been doing their “investigation” we still haven’t received any feedback, no phone call or emails just bunch of ****mers who don’t want to take accountability
We still have not received any feedback regarding our parcel that was damaged by the courier guy who claimed he didn’t know our parcel was fragile , Skynet is failing to train their staff how come their employee is not aware of a fragile package when the package had several stickers written fragile on it. Worst part the driver was even speeding at the time he was coming to drop off the parcel and you could see my Smart TV was damaged by putting a heavy box on top of it. He did not only damage my parcel but he was also rude in all his responses, even when he came to collect the damaged parcel , he was asked “where are they taking the TV and what was going to happen? “ he rep**** and said, “ We should ask the same people we complained to when we said he was speeding “ I am sick and tired of waiting without any answers. Why do I have to make phone calls everyday for feedbacks when you guys are supposed to be updating us , this is unacceptable and it shall not be tolerated. eparcel shall also be liable for this, we paid our money because we trusted you guys but now no one is helping us instead you guys told the courier guy to return the TV to us and we should go and claim where we bought the TV How can we go and claim the TV when we should be claiming to you guys?
