WORST BANK EVER! IM A RESELLER OF PRE-LOVED VINTAGE ITEMS AND AFTER A CLIENT MADE A DEPOSIT THE ACCOUNT WAS PUT ON HOLD! I WASNT EVEN NOTIFIED ABOUT THIS. ONLY AFTER A SECOND CLIENT GAVE A DEPOSIT FOR A DIFFERNT ITEM I NOTICED THIS HOLD. I QUERIED, I PHONED, I EMAILED AND NOT ONCE WAS I EVEN GIVEN SOME EXPLAINATION. EVERYTHING IS IN ORDER BUT MY CLIENTS WANTS THEIR ITEMS WHICH I CAN'T SUPPLY THIS MEANS *********. THIS BANK WILL ALLOW THAT YOUR NAME GET DRAGGED THROUGH THE MUD ANDU END UP IN PRISON. OH AND THE ONLY THING THEY SAY "ITS WITH THE BACK OFFICE" BUT NOTHING I MEAN NOTHING WILL BE FIXED. IM STUCK OUT OF BUSINESS AND MONEY IN THE ACCOUNT WELL WHO KNOWS WHERE THAT WILL GO. I WILL NEVER REFER ANY PERSON TO USE THESE PPL.
Most horrible experience ever. No outcome or feedback. It's been months and months after I won my account gets locked then I'm required to send document after document which I do multiple times. Everything I get the same answer that I did not send the correct ones and must send again. Then I do. After the last operator told me everything was given now and my account will be opened I NEVER HEAR FROM THEM AGAIN. AND NOW MY ACCOUNT SAYS "CLIENT NO LONGER ACTIVE" R24000 just like that.... Gone. I'm so fed up with this platform and the staff who clearly does not know how to do their job. And now someone will phone me again saying the same stuff I must send documents (which I've send before) just to stall me and keep me quite while I'm not even being attended to because its all lies. Honestly they will take your money and when u win u will be thrown out and that's final.
I get my sassa into my bankzero account but these ppl goes and lock my account for reasons still unknown to me all they say is it will be dealt with in a timely manner. Absolutely pathetic!
I have never dealt with a more unprofessional supplier in my entire existence. I get payed money into my flash wallet via my client foe services rendered as soon as I buy a voucher they lock my account and voucher showes redeemed. I contact them numours times they want all types of documentation (which I provide) then a very unskilled operator tell me BANKZERO MUTUAL BANK is not a real bank where my client made the payment from. I was never so shocked of disbelieve in my life. R1900 and I must just accept the fact that they keep it because according to the flash Group BankZero is not a legal facility. Oh and still my account Is locked.
Very unsatisfied. I made a direct deposit from investec to supabets absa account early yesterday morning it shows it went off on my end but nothing has been credited to my supabets account. Ive contactef customer support a view times and all they say its been esculated to the deposit department. And thats all im getting. Im very dissatisfied with this time period it takes when im a paying customer like any other
Im very dissatisfied with this platform. I do understand that they only do withdrawals weekdays but what i dont get is since when is Friday not a weekday? Friday is not part of the weekend neither a public holiday. I made a withdrawl just passed 7 this morning and now they say i will only get my funds monday morning. This is ridiculous. Its like they want us to reverse the funds andnplay it back. This will be the last time i make use of lottostar!
