Adendorff no spares
These guys like selling machines but don’t like keeping spares for them. You phone the spares department and they cannot give you any info if the part has been ordered or when it will be back in stock.

Cashbuild loading disaster
Pricing is always very good but loading of building materials is a disaster both the krugersdorp and Roodepoort stores are the same. As soon as something needs to be loaded everyone disappears. This needs management which is lacking in both stores.

Mweb the worst service provider in SA
What a useless company spare yourself the pain and suffering and go with another service provider. Their call centre is useless and customer service non existent.

Does Takealot really have a customer care department ?
You would think that with the competitive market Takealot would try and say ahead but their customer service is non existent hide behind emails no contact numbers. Have been trying to cancel an order to days now with no contact from customer services. Will send the products straight back and order with Amazon. Take my advice vote with your feet.
