My broker 1st contact Sanlam Sky on my behalf regarding a debit order that goes of every month with the Ref Sanlam Sky... They refer him to PlatinumLife. When I contacted them they refer me back to SanlamSky... So I send them an email on the 2nd of February 2026 and nothing received in 48hours. Only a rep**** email we received your mail ... So I resend it just now and I thought for myself lets go and sees what hello peter said. And wow it looks if Sanlam Sky does not exit anymore if I look at all the complains..... So really Sanlam please answer you clients emails call queries. Hope to hear from you soon.

Bad Bad Bad I app**** on the 19th of March 2025 for renewal of my Passport. The lady there was nice to ask/settle me in for the new Id card. So on this day everything went ok... But now to get my documents is a hassle.. 2 Months left no notification received. So yesterday I went to them and give my Id number and was only inform your Id number is for review... What does that mean??? i will ask my manager to email you... Today still nothing received from the manager I also send and email to hacc@dha.gov.za with no feedback received. Is this the way going forward with no services from the department... I really feel sorry for you staff because there is no Job proud in any of the staff. I hope really that someone will get back to me asap.. Thank you AE
