Nedbank, I am extremely disappointed and concerned. On 25 July 2025 at 21:09, a cardless withdrawal of R1,880.00 was processed from my Emergency Pocket Savings, and by 21:11, the money was gone. I received no notification, no OTP, and I did not authorize this transaction. The voucher was sent to my sister’s cellphone number, yet I was at home, my phone was locked and charging, and I never opened the Nedbank app. I only found out because my sister called Nedbank to query the transaction. The consultant confirmed it came from my account, which completely shocked me I never initiated it. Further investigation showed the money was withdrawn at an ATM in Sunninghill, a place I’ve never even been to. If my sister hadn’t called, I would’ve discovered this only when I needed the funds — which I do now, as I’m facing a medical emergency. This raises serious concerns about the security of Nedbank’s digital platform. How can unauthorized access and withdrawals happen so easily, with no alerts, no verification, and no protection? I trusted Nedbank to keep my money safe. Right now, it feels like I’m banking with a pick-pocket bank. I urgently need answers: How did this happen, and what are you doing to resolve it?
Online Laptop Purchase from Game – Defective in 16 Days, No Communication, Missed Exams – I Demand a Refund I purchased a Proline laptop online from Game on 2 June 2025. Just 16 days later, on 18 June, the laptop completely failed — in the middle of an important exam. I immediately went to the nearest Game store for help, and instead of being offered a refund or replacement, I was told it would be booked in for repairs. I missed another exam the following Monday because of this. It’s now weeks later, and I’ve received no communication, no updates, and no resolution. I have called multiple times and have been ignored or passed around with no answers. This was an online purchase, and according to South Africa’s Consumer Protection Act, I am entitled to a refund, replacement, or repair within 6 months of receiving a defective item — and that choice is mine, not the retailer’s. A laptop that stops working in under 3 weeks is clearly not fit for use. Game and Proline have wasted my time, cost me my studies, and are withholding my hard-earned money without justification. I’ve already had to buy a new device out of pocket. I demand a full refund immediately, or I will escalate this complaint further.
I bought a 5kg pack of drumsticks tell me why it has more thighs pieces and not drumsticks only. I'm really disappointed by this, i just opened the pack and all it has its more thighs pieces and not drumsticks only as written on the pack. Very ****ed and disappointed by this.
