Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing to address a serious concern regarding an account that was settled in full approximately three years ago. Despite the payment, my account is still reflecting as unpaid and has today been handed over to a collection agency. According to legal prescription periods, any outstanding balance on an account should be prescribed after three years. As the account was paid in full, this current situation is particularly alarming. Recently, I have been contacted by collection agencies asserting that the account with Aloan is in arrears and demanding further payment. When questioned, these agencies have been unable to provide satisfactory answers or clarification regarding the alleged outstanding balance. This suggests an attempt to unfairly collect funds. Please be advised that I will not be making any further payments on this account. I have already lodged formal complaints against Aloan and their collection agencies with the National Credit Regulator (NCR) and the Ombudsman. I request that you investigate this matter thoroughly and update my account status to reflect that all payments have been received and the account is closed.
my application was declined for no actual reason. and now its been a while now that i do not get my refund back. when sending emails requiring when i will receive my refund there is no response from them. be carful guys. because once they have your money you will struggle to get your money back.
Good day, I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the service I have received from Experian regarding my credit dispute. Despite providing all necessary documentation, including the closure letter for the disputed account sent on April 9th, I have received no meaningful updates or resolution. My attempts to contact Experian via phone and numerous emails have been largely ignored. It has now been 21 business days since the dispute was officially logged, and over 30 days since the closure letter was provided, yet the issue remains unresolved and I continue to encounter problems when applying for new credit. This lack of communication and action has forced me to escalate this matter to the National Credit Regulator (NCR). The handling of this dispute has been incredibly frustrating and has severely impacted my ability to conduct necessary financial transactions, particularly regarding the purchase of a house. I would strongly advise anyone considering using Experian to be aware of the potential for significant delays and communication issues. My experience has been extremely poor, and I am deeply disappointed by the lack of customer service and resolution.
