I have been a loyal Nedbank customer for over 13 years and have never experienced any issues—until now. It has been 4 days since I have been waiting for my payment to be processed. The problem started when I got a new phone and had to download and activate the banking app, which has been nothing but a hassle. I made a payment at the branch and was told I would receive a call regarding the matter, but I am still waiting. This experience has been extremely disappointing, and I expected better service from a bank I have trusted for so many years.
