I'm so unhappy with Pick n Pay. My husband ordered with their ASAP APP. ALWAYS a problem. Today we ordered our SUPPER (meat) and they delivered someone else's package. the call centre agent "helped" and opened the "case" and then left or home. The driver has not pitched with our real package. Ridiculous. Ridiculous. Surely i'll rather use sixty60 from now on. NEver aproblem with our order. SO HOW WILL SOLVING THIS TOMORROW GIVE US OUR SUPPER TONIGHT? An apology wont even cut it either.
Dear MTN i am wholly disappointed. i applied for a contract that was approved. I received a billing id and account number via email. And then since the last week i was not able to take this any further. Apparently you need some documents but no one can assist me at your call centre. It is "expedited" and no one yet can tell me do i have to send documents, is it approved But else why do i even have a account number created. This is shocking service from your supposed customer care, which should be renamed customer no-care.
The first and probably the last time i ever buy from Snatcher. I've ordered and they were quick to take my money on 25 March. Yet to this date my order on Snatcher just says "Unfulfilled". I was looking forward to place an order monthly but now i dont think i will. What gives? Can you cancel and refund me or at least DELIVER!!! Ridiculous. Order no is : SNR269192

After numerous emails to the email address of the debt review section at Direct Axis (i can provide email trail) where i was informed that i have finished my loan (through debt review) and that i have overpaid, yet i cannot get them to pay the money back. I am not at the PDA anymore (that was my last debt) and i have provided proof from the debt counsellor, plus the debt counsellors email to the person. They asked me for bank details and i supplied. When i asked for feedback they asked me once again for the PDA's number so they can pay it there. And so i go in circles and circles. Can someone help me before i visit the ombudsman please.
