Had the worst customer service from Suzan. She is rude and lack empathy. Let me start by saying we have been at this camping site before and enjoyed our stay, that's why We've decided to return. We have made our booking and received the terms and conditions, we woke up to a stormy weekend, we have booked for 1 night as we had to stay over the night. Weather forecasts very bad weather for the night and we won't be able to even set-up our tent. I have not asked for any refund but only if we could move our date to a date with better weather where we atleast could set-up a tent. I understand they don't do refunds as she mentions to me a couple of times, but I am not asking for any refunds, just to move the date. She absolutely refused. This is money grab, and in return have lost more business, continue this way and you will lose more and more business Suzan. You should Also see how she replies to queries. I am happy to supply screenshots of the conversation. The last photo shows her terms with no mention of moving a date. I suggest correcting your terms
I always took my two cars to get washed at Baywash and always received great service from the lady supervisor, for many years. But this and my loyalty changed in an instant when my wife and I was rudely greeted by a man who's only focus was on his laptop and dismissively told us that he wont do both cars only 1 as they close in 2 hours and shrugged his shoulders. I immediately turned around and went to Lemon tree. You have now lost a loyal client, it may not be much on your pocket, but be careful how you treat customers as they will leave one by one.
I wish I read the review before experiencing it for my self. I am so disgusted with the customer service received from this group. I googled where to get inkjet cartridges in our area and saw the cartridge guy's website. I called and the lady who answered was very rude and explained that they have a generic but a double pack and that she does not know where to get the normal what i want and that I should google. I asked if they have stock of this specific cartridge and they said yes they do. I went to the property at around 12:00 with a lady opening the gate as if I interrupted her with something, went upstairs just to be told they have no stock they will order. The office is very unprofessional with almost a don't care attitude from the staff. You can do better!!
I've recently had the pleasure to work with Willie and Monique at Alberton Jetour. What an easy process it has been. They both went out their way to make sure I got a decent deal and both were very honest. Debbie the group manager was also active in the deal to ensure the deal went smooth.
