Worst service ever. Paid for a pair of sneakers, haven’t received it and the branch doesn’t want to refund me. What’s worse the employees drink during work hours in the shop
Worst experience ever. FNB online support team is useless. After explaining to. 3 different people what issue I’m experiencing and sharing screenshots of the error messages, nothing is done. Spent 4 hours of my days speaking to FNB. Still nothing is resolved.
1st time being exposed to fedex, I placed an order on shein, never received any communication on customs, had to call them , made paid, now they not replying to me, I sent POP twice and nothing. This is such a horrible experience,
