I saw a deal online on a coupon website for teeth whitening at Fit 2 Go in Kenridge. I contacted them and asked if they had availability for me before I bought the voucher and 2 appointments were made. Christy said I could pay the amount directly to her account instead of buying the voucher. I did so and then was notified the week of my appointment that she made a double booking for 6 November and wants to move my appointment. She also thought I was coming for a spray tan when my email clearly. I ended up moving the appointment due to her error to the 20th November at 5:30 and 6pm, and I showed up 15 minutes early. The door was locked, I looked inside the window and saw no one. My partner shouted through the window and was knocking and no one came. We waited outside the door until 5:30 and still no one came. I emailed Christy while standing there telling her I was outside and got no answer. Monday I requested a refund, and she has been ignoring me ever since. I have sent an email each day and SMS'es. This is theft and she has now taken my money and I did not get my services. I will NEVER recommend this business to anyone and will keep on sharing my story until I get my refund.
I accidentally made an error with an online payment and contacted FNB via Facebook to ask a few questions. RB Jacobs was very helpful assisted me with the information I needed. Thank you for the great service!
I booked a whiskey tasting at the Bascule Bar with Jineane from the Cape Grace hotel, and on the day we were unable to make it. The other dates I have requested are fully booked however Jineane has gone out of her way to assist and is very professional and helpful. I feel that she is an asset to the Cape Grace. Give that woman a Bells!
