Disgusted by the service i am currently getting from Istore ClearWater. Claim number 9404 was registered on the 11. November and I have been receiving communication from the insurance since then and the last one was on the 19 November saying the item is sent back to the store. I waited for the store to communicate that I must collect but that never happened. I decided to go to the store today and after waiting for an hour to be attebded to. I got a shock of my life, the watch is back with the same cracked screen. Its not repaired by the insurance. No reason provided and the consultant is also clueless. I spent 2 full hours trying to understand what is going on until I left the store. I pay the insurance every month only to get this kind of service when claiming. It's disgusting service for both the store and insurance !!!
My father has been waiting for the oxygen from the 13 August until now it has not been delivered. Been following up since and the employees are very rude. Disgusting
I requested for a tracker to be installed on a car that I was buying in April. Unfortunately, the deal I cancelled while the tracker installed already. I informed Tracker and I was charged R870.00 for De-Installation of the tracker. It was supposed to be installed on another vehicle that I purchased after de-installation. I waited for a full month without a Tracker in my car. The Tracker was never installed and I kept on following up but nothing happened. To my surprise though, Cartrack kept on deducting money from my account while they never installed the unit. I have been sending emails telling them to stop this because I don't the unit, it was never installed and they can see on their side as well. But they keep on deducting. This morning they tried to deduct R13288.31 from my account. For what reason, I don't know as I even sent a cancellation letter even though the unit was never installed. I have been sending emails to Taelo Mashilwane explaining that the unit was never installed but he keeps on sending me the statements.
I hired a car from this company on 23/05/2025 and a holding deposit of R3800.00 was taken from my card. I have been asking for the money to be released back to my account since 29 of May 2025 until today. They are telling me that the bank has released my funds on the 25 which is the day I took the car back. But they only sent the invoice stating that no further monies will be deducted. How is it possible that a bank can release funds before they do their admin works to see if I have exceeded the kilometers or have any traffic fines? Their checks were only done on the 27 but they are saying the money was released on 25. I am so annoyed by this service. It's terrible and they are *****ing my money as it should have been release to my account already
I have hired a car at SANI in Cape Town on 23rd May 2025. A hold deposit amount was deducted from my account. I took the car back on the 25th and a final invoice was sent to me on 27 May with no further claims or additional payments. I have been waiting for the hold money of R3800.00 to be released back to my account since then. I have tried my Private Banker to assist but I also failed. They just tell me that they cant see the money on their side. SANI has sent emails to mvcc@nedbank.co.za with Authorization code to the bank requesting them to release the money. But till today, the money has not been release. I am so annoyed as no one seems to care to solve the matter.
