Useless
People do not trust them at all no communication at all no device and they received there money i am gatvol today u can phone them and they do not answer at all Lawsuit on its way

Bypass them
People i have only experienced bad service since i have level7 fibre internet always issues with router or connection And then it is a story to get an answer Only time you get any communication from them if you dont pay your account then they are quickly to send you a whatsapp and email otherwise you will not get service at all Now this month i with hold the payment and they like normally switch off your connection When i eventually got ther attention they said i must pay a R149 fee to reconnect my internet on top of my monthly payment Well i have news for them this whole installation will be remove from this property and ill personally bring it to your office Bad service will not be tolerated anymore Ill show level7

This is one network ill never use again they are ****s out of the gates My payment for October i did not pay due to no service being received I then pay for November as my services are reconnected Since May i had to use my old router from my old service provider since level7 route constantly disconnects my devices And i am on my second router from level7 same story People in my opinion i believe they fail there clients

Up until today they where good paid R9500 deposit no issue But today they request i must pay another R6000 on deposit since they think i can not afford the installments With that beung said this is way too much red flags all at once first the picanto is damaged then more deposit is required But when i asked them with changing the cars to the kwid is the deposit the same then hayden said yes well look now Unbelievable 😡😡😡😡

These people know nothing about what they are doing Am here to warn everyone be careful with them they say they will help you only to take your money and then if you cancel they charge you R1950 to do so but they dont do anything they messed up my credit score and now i must be nice to them They are a **** ill keep you writing about you guys and sharing all calls and email on media to show SA how useless they are!!!

They only ***** your money they have stories when canceling and they lie to there clients PEOPLE PLEASE BE CAREFUL WITH BY THESE USELESS COMPANY I HAVE ALL CALLS RECORDED AND WILL NOT LET THEM WALK AWAY WITHOUT A FIGHT THAT A PROMISE!!!
