I have a parcel from Temu that fastway has not yet delivered and the parcel came to their hub on the 29th around 0900hrs and since then there has been no update and jo movement until today 2nd January 2026. However , from their last update of the parcel being at their Johannesburg hub , I saw a message that they have failed to deliver like they couldn't find me What they don't realize iis that my address is a company adress that's fixed and we have been open all the time. Living that you couldn't find a company believing it might be closed is not professional and I have been having problems with my temu parcel from the same company. I have been trying to have time sent through buffalo buffalo but in vain. I think they should change name coz they are far from fast and very unprofessional to the point of being to cover for their delays .
I got insurance from miway and paid premium prorata as it was after beginning of month. I had paid for motor vehicle guarantee and for comprehensive insurance. A day or two after I decided it was reasonable to put the vehicle on Uber. Was told that the premium would rise from R1400 to R4800. I could not afford that I told them to cancel the policy as it did not make sense that the same vehicle differ in insurance depending on what you use it for and saw that the premium was to quadruple because they believe it's 4 times risky. Because of my decision to change to business from personal use they also cancelled the motor vehicle guarantee and was told they were going to refund the money. Getting the money was an issue starting with no communication and when I followed up was told the money had been loaded and was going to be paid in 7 days. After the seven days ii got a message that said they had proceed the money and was to wait for 96 hours . I was insured for less than 2 days and got the refund probably three weeks later and haven't received the money for the motor vehicle guarantee . There in no communication ans I have to guess what happening. For an insurance that says they do insurance your way, I now wonder whose way they talk about
I asked for a quote and the person went on to give me a policy. Not what i wanted coz i still need to compare

No idea about giving ser vices. They asked me to pay upfront for a service they can't provide .
They came three times to fix my fridge but the problem wasn't gone . Pretty sure never filled up enough gas and when you try to ask why they find excuses. Lost R600 rand supposedly to fill up gas but in no time it was empty again and their excuse was they need to do a complete repair that included checking leaks and other components and regas. Paid R1600 and after the service still no luck the problem was still there. Had to find other company to fix coz if someone can't fix a problem three times you can't trust the fourth time
