Extremely Disappointed with Service and Product Quality I recently purchased an iPhone 17 Pro Max (Silver) from Vodacom greenstone, and the device had visible imperfections on the aluminum frame straight out of the box. When I returned to the store to request assistance or an exchange, I was met with unhelpful service and no willingness to resolve the issue. For a premium device at this price, I expected much better quality control and customer support. Unfortunately, Vodacom failed to take responsibility or offer any meaningful solution. Very disappointed with both the product condition and the customer service experience. I hope they improve how they handle defective devices in the future.
Don't bother with there aftersales support. I bought a pair of Jordan 1 lows that are faulty from factory. They offered me a voucher because they did not have my size. im still waiting for the voucher.
So my Tv did not even last a year. So I called into Hisense as my tv is still under warranty. They said a technician would come out and I’m still waiting for them. After sales services is pathetic and I’d rather choose another brand next time.
