Flight 570611 from Margate to ORThambo that should have arived at 13:15 gets delayed for 2hours, then another 45min, plus another 30min and is now gerring ready to board. This is unacceptable. I hope this is not the regular way in which this airline works.
The fastest most affordable locker service, but yet again another parcel damaged falling feom the pallet. Do you even train your people? Your t&cs state clearly that a parcel must be able to fall 1m, but from a pallet is much more and is that condition even legal? This is just to say you take no responsibility on how you staff mishandle parcels. Why do you treat clients parcels like that? Disappointed beyond words. Can some other courier company please step up and show these people how to respect their clients and their parcels.

Sending parcels via PUDO is most affordable but it comes at a most expensive cost, because when reading their ts&cs it states clearly that a parcel must be able to fall 1 meter. Terms like these give them the right to mishandle parcels informing you that your parcels got damaged and that you have 1 day to decide whether they continue sending it to the recipient or return to you and be arrogant enough to request you book another shipment before they return it to you. I have send 120+ parcels with the PUDO sevice and at this time the price does not counter the damages they cause.
