Deceptive and Unreliable Service from Aurora I ter-trade (Nicholas Ryan) I recently had a highly disappointing experience with the services provided by Nick. Despite paying a significant amount of money to clear my shipment, I encountered numerous issues that left me feeling deceived and frustrated. Firstly, Nick failed to respond to invoices and messages from Afristar regarding my shipment. He claimed there were delays due to a strike without keeping me informed about the situation. Consequently, I incurred storage fees and had to pay double the initial fees. When I finally contacted Nick for a refund, he started to ignore my messages, leaving me feeling ignored and cheated. It became evident that he had deceived me from the beginning, as he did not provide his address on his website. I strongly advise others to exercise caution when dealing with Nick. To avoid similar experiences, it is essential to keep all communication records, consult legal counsel, and report incidents like this to local authorities or consumer protection agencies. Overall, my experience with Nick's services was highly disappointing and I would not recommend his services to anyone seeking reliable and trustworthy assistance with their shipments.
We bought some home electronics from Hi-fi Corporation on black Friday and the order was delivered to the address on the TV License in Midrand 3 weeks later instead of the address on the purchase order in Cape Town and we had to make phone calls on a daily bases to their useless and unprofessional department until they eventually decided to collect their items in Midrand . on the 22nd of Dec we cancelled the order and requested our refund and up to now there is no refund done only to be told the finance department was on leave only came back on the 5th of Jan and we start start counting 7-14 working days from the 5th that is another month !!!!! for us to get our refund . Hi-Fi Corporation must leave the online business to companies who knows how to handle it . I will urge anyone never to deal with this online department unless if you want to be disappointed up to the last level .People must just stay away from Hi-Fi Corporation online !!!! until they stop using unprofessional and incompetent people who does not understand where this are coming from and going !!!! Really disappointed with their service . It takes seconds to deduct money from someone's account but takes more than a month to refund that person!!!! Its unfortunately that i bought from them after i ready the reviews and i will try my best to help anyone i know to stay away from these useless bunch of unprofessional people.
I have phoned the claims department and wrote emails for me to obtain Claims report for my business with no avail for more than a week now. Everyday I have to call them and I'm told the request has been sent to the manager to generate the report and you will get it by afternoon. I'm really disappointed and I feel like they are sabotaging me as l requested for a qoute and they gave me an exorbitant qoute and they want to stop me from getting an insurance from another insurance company .
