The customer service i received from Amantle Motsisi was very poor. I claimed as a 3rd party last on the 01 December 2025, January 2026 they gave me settlement offer which i accepted, i sent all requested documents on the 28 January 2026 which she confirmed that she received everything and she will forward them to the broker to process the payment. I called in yesterday spoke to Virginia and she said my documents was not sent to the broker, i even confirmed with the broker.. Claim number VPM11841 Am concerned about the customer service from Hollard because i have a funeral policy that is nore than 15 years.
A bad service ive received from Haval customer service and Haval branch in Montana. On Sunday the 4th of January 2026 i had a break down, my car was towed to GWM Haval Montana to be inspected, never had anything from them until i called them to follow up on what could be the matter, After days of following up the workshop manager told me it is a manufacturer default, he said to me he will order the defective part from supply which will take few days to arrive, even today its still not there. I asked for a courtesy vehicle hence it is still under warranty, they told is not available, i then complain to Customer service and they referred me to one a lady called Mamothe Manaka she then promised us that she will organise the courtesy car for us, till today i still haven't received the courtesy car. What makes me more angry is everytime am the one who calls for follow up.
The customer experience I've received from cartrack is very poor for the past month I've been calling them for assistance but I've never been helped in time. Last month i wanted to do change of ownership, the level of service I've received was 0. This time I've been calling them from last week for tracker fitment but even today am still not being assisted ,when i call the center they transfer me from one consultant to the other. I've been involved in a car accident and the insurance wrote off my car i ask them to remove the track from the car now i bought a new car i want them to reinstall the track on a new car, whats so difficult that i can't be helped. If they don't want my business then i will move to the competent.
Its been trying to reach out to web Africa for days now and i don't get any help instead they transfering me from one agent to the other.. I really need to move my package from my old home to my new home. The service am getting from web Africa is very very bad
I am not a happy customer, i claim with Prime on the 14th May 2025, i was help by Mr Gene Hlatswayo and he advised that my claim will take up to 30 day ti be resolved and now is over 30 days. I've been calling and complaining with then but they he says is still in review with the manager while he promise me that my claim will be resolved within 30 days. I wont recommend PRIME ti anyone because is a **** company.
