I submitted a death claim at Monarch insurance last week Friday the 17th May, up until now it's not finalized and the funeral is now on the 23rd of May
I write this to express the dissatisfaction of the service I received from Avbob, from the financial advisor to the claim department to their complaints department, it is totally unacceptable and I am very disappointed that no one took it serious whereas it left us as family with financial crisis after the funeral costs that we had to pay cash for funeral but the decease had a policy but because of the confusion that was made by them they refused to submit my claim, and for me to find out now only that by the time we took the policy the consultant was no longer for Avbob but she did the application either way, I suspect there's a lot of *******ion happening in the branch that is inconveniencing us as clients. I am not happy at all and Im not gona leave it like that. I called all the relevant departments to report this up until Erica sent me the forms to fill in and send it back to their complaints department but still nothing has happened and no one is getting back to me except the rep that claims that she's the one who's going to service me from now on but what about the loss that I had, no one cares.
Customer service is their last priority, as for their complaints department sent me an email saying they can't find the deceased details on the system and it ends there.
I am not happy at all on how my funeral claim was handled after I submitted the funeral claim with Monarch Insurance under Lewis group.
Not happy at all with the service I got from them regarding the delaying of my funeral claim.
