Never use these people for any courier services. The call center is not helpful. When you call and request for the driver to contact you to discuss delivery in order to make one self available, you get told no this cannot happen because you need to wait for the driver to contact you. Then the delivery lead time from when you make payments are usually seven days after payment and guess what... They do not honor this. Never use them. You will be wasting time, money and effort. Use other trustworthy services that do offer customer support.
Never have I dealt wit such an amazing set of people. The service at this branch is epic and frankly amazing. The staff members I had the pleasure of dealing with were super helpful and friendly. Every question was answered. From the support staff to the parts counter and technical departments, these guys rock. I want to mention the names of the staff because they deserve recognition... Ronel, Carel and Quartus and the technical team. You guys have gone the extra mile and because of the interaction with you guys, we will never stop recommending your branch for vehicle services or purchasing. So after chatting to someone from Rain who apparently does not have a direct contact number or direct email that does not get you a rain support mail response, we are still waiting for the investigation into the original cancellation request and guess what... we received a reminder for payment. #Rain mobile how about you remind yourself to look into the query before telling people to pay. how about you go back to May /June of 2024 and i am sure one of the international call centers you use should have the recording on their servers. Fix this issue or i will ensure to get this all over social media like your adds are all over social media. I will make your job easier and tell you that the cancellation request was made during that time and if you guys did not do your jobs correctly or even bother to read and understand your own terms and conditions, do not place this on the consumer. The CPA is also a piece of literature you need to read and understand in your spare time to understand why I am irate about this situation. you need to go an readjust your billing to when the cancellation request was made and then we can talk further about payment arrangements. since our last chat we have not had any feedback from Rain Mobile. I hope everyone who sees this stops using their services and an email will be sent to the regulator in this week regarding this matter.
Last year we contacted rain to cancel or suspend our month to month service and we have not received service however we have a huge bill. if i am correct, their policy is to suspend service if no payment has been received or they should automatically cancel the service. dealing with the contact centre is a real joke as well as the live chat because all they say is we will latest the matter and we receive a call but when I answer they cut the call. how on earth am I supposed to resolve this issue if i cannot speak to anyone who is in South Africa firstly, secondly i requested a call back from the person in South Africa named Sandisa whom never called me back after i took her only call. i made a ptp arrangement of which I paid on Tuesday and guess what, my service is not reinstated nor can anyone fix the issue. i have subsequently cancelled the service and i have yet to receive any sort of answers from Rain Mobile on this issue. Their Month to month policy is a misrepresentation of their service and product because i have been billed for no services. we have been with rain from the inception of their launch in South Africa when they started with the sim cards and limited services between a set time. My how rain has fallen from their level and quality of service.
