Initially when I started at 1st for Women, they were very professional. Communication was clear and regular. However, this deteriorated with time. They kept increasing the excess on my policy without letting me know. When I called after 13 claim free years (!!!!) to ask if they could reduce my premium they could not assist me. Imagine! Changed insurer very quickly after that! They had the audacity to call me about 8 months later to try win me back as a customer... just sad.
Grayl plumbing is professional; your call is answered immediately and someone is allocated to assist you. The information regarding when they will arrive on site is accurate. The plumbers are professional and skilled and can handle a variety of challenges. They are a bit expensive but it's worth paying extra for someone who knows what they are doing. All in all they everything just goes smoothly!
The agent Nicholas De Ascensao was terrible. He is only interested in making a quick buck and as soon as your deal is signed he's gone with the wind. Had to chase him for the keys. There was no inspection done when the tenant moved out (as claimed); front door had no lock; toilet and taps were leaking; DSTV cables were chopped off inside the house. The COC was not legit and there were issues following the move. He ignored me until I threatened legal action. I had to follow up on the COC independently (EAIA assisted). He refused to follow up on any of my concerns or even take my call. This agent is lazy and doesn't care if things are done underhand. If you are looking to sell or buy a house, look somewhere else!
As an owner in a complex managed by Astrodon, 90% of my emails went unanswered. The phone goes unanswered after your first call. They are unprofessional and do not appear to have any standard for customer services.
Over 60 000 1 star reviews and still they make no effort to improve! SA just needs one decent cellphone company and the whole country will migrate from all our service providers. MTN continually increases my bill as they feel like it, offers poor customer service with no actual resolution, and gives inaccurate information. Then there is the way they frustrate you when you are trying to end your contract AFTER it already expired. Then there is the way for years our data just 'disappeared' If I could give 0 stars I would!
