Failure to provide water after an outage in the time allocated and we are now running into a week without water and as usual any current government concern fails to keep the relevant municipalities and Ward Councilors updated with correct reliable feedback.
This must be the worst run municipality in Africa as they continually **** the system of funds and do not deliver services being paid for and should seriously consider reimbursing all funds to enable the citizens to pay for our services elsewhere
Why do we want to watch series on Netflix or even bother signing up with them as they bring out shows like Fire Country and just stop with the series without feedback or consultation of viewers.
The contact details on the internet indicate that the number is not available and/or does not exist and regardless of what numbers are dialed have the same problem and their service@wesbank.co.za email address does not get responded to regardless on how many attempts are tried. They have even removed their telephone numbers from their invoices.

Once again Matrix has created a major problem with my accounts as they have cancelled the wrong vehicle on one of my other accounts and as usual you are not able to contact them on their lines for assistance. PLEASE CALL ME URGENTLY REGARDING ACCOUNTS 250303 AND 663461
I requested the same system in my new vehicle which I have in the older one (MX3 Unit), fight to try and get service and when I do from one of their installers the very next day to install on the same day struggled as they allocated the installation to two contractors and the one who eventually got the work only called on the same day they were to come around )no proper arrangements) and then instyalled two Beame's and no MX3 and now I cannot get the problem resolved as no-one at MixTelematics is taking calls. How the hell am I supposed to track and control my vehicle on two Beame's with no additional tools like tracking, Tax Log Books and Geo Locking.
When we signed up for this it looked good and interesting until Anthony left. Since then the gent taken my training over is never heard from unless I message him and his last communication was that I must now wait until next year when they get a new trainer in. The gent who sold me the deal is totally impossible to get hold of on his phone. Ether get your act in order or reimburse what was paid to you.
We have been sending the email below continuously and get no response or communication back: Good day I have been paying for Insurance on a cellphone since 2021 the amount of R110.09 as per IUA insurance this was a blackberry I purchased. Kindly send my confirmation when I purchased this phone and signing for the Insurance as I do not recall purchasing this item. I have now cancelled the insurance. Kindly cancelled on your books and advise.
Poor facilities for assisting customers is the new way forward for Edgars as we have been trying to contact them for months even from one of their stores and they never answer their phones. Today we finally get through and answered but by a lady who does not know how to use a phone as we had to keep on asking her to speak into the microphone to be heard. We have been billed for years for an insurance which we presume is for a cell phone purchased from a store for our daughter years ago and to date have never been contact to confirm if this cell phone still exists or if the insurance is still required for a phone which has been out of commission for years. Wake up people.
