Customer Service Advisors do not care about customer service. Had bad experience in Motherwell branch. I’ve had 2 ID books because I thought I had lost my initial ID. Found it before the second one was issued. I’ve always kept the second ID in a file and used the one I assumed was lost. During December, I was ****** at gun point, everything was taken.ID was in my wallet, post bank card and my other belongings. I live in KwaDwesi, the nearest post bank would be Cleary Park. I use R80 return taxi fare. I was helped gracefully, your stuff members provided me with a replacement card. Luckily I had the second ID, and it matched the one in your system. The process was effortless. I withdrew money, I got money and left some. I needed to swipe an item. The card declined and I knew I was inserting the correct pin but it would not accept it. I had to wait another month because going to Cleary park is R80. I went there a month later, when Child grant money was in. Unfortunately, the system was down at Cleary Park. I was told to go to Motherwell, together with other beneficiaries that had the same issue. I had to borrow money because I had R40 and hoped my issue would be resolved and I’d have money to go back. I made a few calls and a friend borrowed me enough money to request to Motherwell, because I did not want to take a taxi and still not be assisted. We were advised that Motherwell is the only operating Post Bank at the moment. Unfortunately, even though I had requested, the line was cut before 5. We were told systems are lagging, and we have to come back on Monday. I went there again on Monday. They were offline. We called customer service, we were advised they are all running. Cleary Park and Motherwell. Shortly after the call. One of your stuff members came to advise that their system is now running. At this point, we were hopeful. The lady came to set clear expectations on what we should be mindful of when we are called in. She told us about Post Bank’s authentication process. She mentioned if the ID is damaged in a sense that the clear paper holding the picture and details in the green book must not be lifted. She requested to see everyone who still has the green book ID. I gave her mine with so much confidence because I knew it’s not damaged on any way. She made sure that paper lifts, checked it for more than 30 seconds, lifting the clear paper and said she will and my ID was damaged! I was lost because there is no way. I told her the ID was fine, even a month ago I was helped at Cleary Park. She just wanted to set an example. I was so hurt. And plead with her trying to explain my situation. She did not want to listen, but rather told me about another woman who had an ID problem. I literally cried and one of her colleagues asked to see my ID, it was now damaged. I said I will go complain, she did not care and said “hamba ke sisi uyo complain(a). If anyone can check the ID, you could see that it’s evenly lifted. I went back home not being assisted. I called post bank. An advisor asked that I try and withdraw money at a place where I normally withdraw money and not try to swipe using the card. And it worked.
The device came within the timeframe! It looks new. I am impressed with the battery life. I don’t regret buying from them. Love my phone
Worst service! It’s hardly been a month with this internet provider. And I am regretting it. I was on the phone until my airtime depleted. Tried getting in touch on their Facebook page. No one assite. Sent an inbox, no one helped. Rep**** to 3 posts. No one assisted while they where updating stories
