My partners car went for a repair for the locks. Upon getting the car back, us being told nothing was done, the wrap on the door and boot was removed without consent. They also mentioned the locks were on back order and will be here end June. We have heard nothing thus far. Still waiting. We spoke to insurance to find out if authorization was provided to the insurance and if proof of the door that was damaged was sent and RenewIt has failed to provide this. We are now driving around a car that is half wrapped. We had to pay excess before car was released and nothing was done. Now when we call we are being given the runaround. We demand this to be sorted!!!!!!!

I have been trying since Monday to get through to the credit card department and have been unsuccessful. I would like to change my limit but it seems ABSA just doesnt care. <br> I am going on holiday and when I return I will be canceling everything with ABSA. This pathetic???!!!!!! I have been holding an average of 10 minutes every time I call???who is going to reimburse me for time spent on the call and airtime???!!!<br> <br> I want this resolved ASAP AND EXPECT A CALL FROM A MANAGER BY C.O.B TODAY!!!!!?
