Very poor service
The worst insurance company,they took my car and I could not submit a claim, the call centre agents are useless they tell you lies and you wait their empty promises, useless company to have your things for insurance and no one will help

Poor pathetic service by Vodacom call centre
Good day I spoke with a call centre agent to remove number: 072****30 on my invoice since I never received the phone. The delivery was returned because I couldn't provide proof of address to the guy doing delivery. I want this number removed on my invoice. I will not pay for services never rendered to me. Please respond urgently before I stop making payments to this account. The call centre agent said they will not remove the number on my invoice,why should I pay for something never given to me? I need an answer

Worst banking app ever,bad call centre experience waiting for more than 2 hours long branch ques
My banking app is blocked without my knowledge,call centre not able to assist been waiting for more than 2 hours no help branch has long queue, what's the point of Banking app if you cannot use it. Pathetic service 😔
