I had one of the worst experiences ever at this KFC branch. The service was completely unacceptable. The staff were rude, unhelpful, and seemed to have no interest in assisting customers at all. I asked for help more than once, and they blatantly ignored me — as if I wasn’t even there. No acknowledgment, no apology, nothing. It’s honestly shocking how little effort or basic courtesy the team at this branch shows. KFC Icon Building really needs to retrain their staff or get a management team that actually cares about customer service, because this kind of experience completely ruins the KFC brand. I won’t be coming back anytime soon.
Extremely disappointing experience. The waiter was unfriendly from the start, making us feel unwelcome. The coffee machine wasn’t working, so no coffee available. My plate had an odd smell, the juice had a strange texture, the eggs were rubbery, and the bacon was tough and chewy. Definitely not the quality or service I expected from Spur.
Extremely disappointed with this order. The food was stale, dry, and completely lacked flavour — it tasted like it had been sitting out for hours. This was honestly one of the worst meals I’ve received through Uber Eats. For the price I paid, I expected freshly prepared food with at least some taste. Definitely not ordering from Pedro’s again unless quality improves.
