I have not come across a company like Garmin that stands by its product and quality I can only say its unparalleled Congratulations
I am shocked at the lack of support from this company I bought earpods and have hardly used them They are faulty and i cannot get any assistance from JBL to even look at them The contact that i did make does not even respond to his mails (RYAN)

Made a booking which they did not honor saying they are full when I arrived Arrogance is the downfall of any business
I have a similar experience Bought a watch Never delivered The only response is "someone will get back to me in 24 hours" This never happens WATCH OUT THIS COULD BE A SCAM
I have an issue with Mercedes Benz relating to my Vito I have contacted their customer service department (have the peoples names) on numerous occasions and am promised a response which is not forthcoming is it believable that a company of this caliber is so unconcerned with their customers or their reputation
I would be cautious in dealing with this online company I received a faulty product Was promised a replacement after many calls Each time was told it was with the courier Lo and behold nothing ever arrived I then requested a refund After 2 weeks still nothing Todays call they inform me they will refund only a portion of my cost (excluding courier charges) Who would pay for a faulty item or receive a part refund for a faulty item?
