Absolutely great experience on two different projects. Came back to address snags without any questions asked. Very happy with them.
Contracted these guys to do a complete re-roof of my house and paid a substantial deposit upfront. Sales talk was wonderful but immediately after paying my deposit I realised that I was in for trouble. Took three weeks to get a planned scheduled from them and it just kept deteriorating from there. Long story short, 4 months later and I am still with only half a roof on my house. Various sub-contractors that absconded after not being paid, correct materials not on-site, shoddy workmanship. I could go ad-nauseam. The only purpose of this review is to be a word of caution to anyone else out there. Approach with extreme caution but preferably not at all. p.s.: I wish I could attache some photos because a picture paints a thousand words.

I requested that all services be cancelled at the end of July. I even phoned towards the end of July and asked whether or not ALL services have been cancelled (after waiting for 20 minutes as is always the case with the call centre). I was ASSURED that I would receive my last invoice in August. <br> <br> NOW...<br> <br> Thank you for coming, here is an invoices with only the data cancelled but the line and DSL happily charged at the normal rate. <br> <br> PLEASE HELP ME! This is pathetic. Go listen to the calls and provide me with feedback. It can't be that difficult to cancel your line.<br>
