The most horrible experience given by Nancy Ntshulana she is rude and no phone manners and she really things she owns the property after calling me saying that i am not approved cause i earn more that what I could I prove for and I explain to her it was. Bonus then she goes rudely telling me that I should send any email and numbers to her and she will call me boss cause she need something written then it doesn’t end there she calls me back saying that I’ve been declined because her rentals start at R4450 for one bedroom which is in true and it’s my second time applying and I did apply in July 2025 and it was a different excuse and when I called to find out on what happened cause I know I do qualify for the place. Then she told me I need to pay again so that they do a security check which I did and I did that then this . Explain to me why do you have such people working for you and not helping people? Her tone of a voice she is rude as it comes
Game store at Greenacres I bought things for R9195 and one of the things was a microwave Hisense for R 1299 not even 3 month the out part glass broke and I took it back guess what the manager there said I broke it myself and I can’t be help I must take it with me at home how will i use something that it’s clearly broken and saying I broke it myself R 1299 down the drain will never buy from Game ever again. Will tell everybody that I meet
The worse experience ever traded inn my car in July 2025 and I got a new car guess what they haven’t settled the car that I traded inn I am getting double debited for the car I don’t even have and guess what my credit score is messed up because of this I can’t afford new place because it shows that I’ve got two cars that I can’t even afford it is the worse nightmare that I wouldn’t want for my worse enemy it is bad I am getting calls from wes bank and calls from Absa car finance because I can’t pay them since the car dealership hasn’t settled the car and it’s a month now and I am sure I will have same issue end of the month when I am being debited twice for the car I don’t even have I regret using your car dealership!!!!!

Horrible experience bad experience bad service, I sent an email In June cancelling my subscription cause I knew I was moving into a different province and I sent an email to flycool informing them that I will no longer be using there services because I am relocating, my last subscription would be June and July I will no longer their services. Guess what they took my money on the 26th of July and I sent them emails with the proof that I’ve been contacting them and I even sent them email to alert them know about my moving and relocation situation. Up to now no update they got my money 🥲
