I have been trying to speak to your agent in wonga but then it goes to automated machine then drops. I am unhappy with your service. I have app**** for a loan and I am debited every month I have.never missed a payment . According to me my debit order date is the 25th of everymonth , yesterday I got an sms that my account is handed over to Nimble and that I skipped a payment. Mind you yesterday was on the 23th and I was paid today and money was debited by you guys. I got another small from nimble that I am owing. Please clarify this and contact me as soon as possible
Where does Ackerman's get their call centre agents that don't even greet and just tell you month end you need to pay a certain amount. So pathetic such a big company is calling with a cellphone number and so unprofessional.
