I have never experienced such terrible service from a McDonald's restaurants ever, I am highly disappointed at the staffs attitude in McDonalds Harrismith bergview, the staff have no sense of urgency, the lady at the till had a terrible attitude, my order was incomplete, my cappuccino was cold I had to ask for sugar and a stirrer and my bottled water , my son didn't even receive his toy, mind you the bus was leaving us because the staff were taking too long, I redeemed my points for a doughnut for my son which I didn't receive either in terms of that, I would like to know what will happen to my points? I am highly annoyed.
I am extremely disappointed with the level of service I have received. I have been waiting for feedback regarding my deposit refund and my final invoice, yet I have received no communication or resolution. Despite following up multiple times, I am still unable to retrieve my invoice, and there has been no explanation for the delay in processing my deposit. This lack of response is both unprofessional and unacceptable. I kindly request urgent assistance in finalizing my account, issuing my invoice, and confirming when I can expect my deposit to be refunded.
They mislead us into signing up to this promotion, I signed and never recieved my R500 reward to register and sign up, I bought ZAR shares then I was later told it has changed that I had to buy forex shares and this was only after I had complained about not receiving the R500 they have mislead us, highly disappointed in this, the Terms and Conditions do not state that you need to purchase Forex shares or international shares in order to qualify it states that you need to buy shares.
I am extremely frustrated with Momentum’s processes.The fund was liquidated or in the process of being liquidated, my payout has been delayed for months. Momentum expects us to wait a year or more before releasing money that belongs to us. This is unacceptable, we contributed to this fund with the understanding it would support us if we lost our jobs. Instead, we are left in a waiting game while Momentum shows no urgency or care about the financial stress this causes. I want my money released without further excuses or delays!
