When I researched Burger Huyser web page I was taken in with regards to the large amount of accolades they proudly display on the introduction page. I approached them early December to see if they were willing to take my Malpractice case. At that time the feedback was good and positive , but since then no real progress has been made ,only find out later the person who was allocated to my case had left.
I contacted momentum insure on Thursday morning with regards to a garage door malfunction were the drive spring snapped so we were not able to open the door. i phoned in and reported the claim and a consultant who came on Friday examined the breakage to the opening spring. We have had no further feed back which has caused stress because we could not use our cars over the weekend and still today we have no access to the cars ! I am bitterly disappointed with there lack of communication. Not what I expect from such a well known company.
