I had a 2 year contract at Planet fitness in Randfontein. I signed a 2 year contract in 2021.As of today they are still harassing me for payment after I sent them a email to say I will not be paying as Im not using this facility any more. Every month they are deducting from my account wich I despute and they are sending sms s to say I owe themR1600 even after I cancelled membership via email like they requested me to do.

Leratong Hospital

Leratong nightmare.

I was never in my life so afraid for the whelbeing and safety of my wife when she was wrongfully admitted to the wrong ward. The psyciatric ward is inhumanly managed. The people have to shower and walk naked from the shower to their beds in front of men and woman plus staff. I can not imagine how anyone can recover from psycological issues in those conditions. They get locked up in a cell if they dont comply. The people urinate and poo in buckets next to the beds. I was shocked and had to convince a whole pannel of people that my wife was not suppose to be there. It was an eye opener of the decay of our society in this country. I would rather die than ever go back to this hospital. I wish to state that one star is one too many if I could give a minus rating I would have.

Lack of Communication between hospitals stress

I took my wife to Lenmed Randfontein for anxiaty and depression. She had lost her mother 10 months ago and needed to see someone to just get tools to cope. They convinced us to go to a public hospital and assured us that the facilities and staff is not bad. We had to because of our medical aid that was not covering. We decided to give it a go and Lenmed staff organised an Ambulance to take her so that she would not have to sit in quies for admission. Yousuf daddoo was the hospital that we decided on as it is closer to home. As she was in the ambulance they said they are taking her to Leratong. Upon arrival she was never taken to see the doctor that was arranged wich is dr Akin. They booked her into the psyciatric ward where she was told she is going to spend a long time there. She was only taken to the ward at 2h30 in the morning without seeing the dr that was arranged. I had to convince a panel of 5 psyciatrists and docters to let my wife go as she did not end up in the right place and they think she is crazy as a lot of people there are. It was one of the most stressfull expieriences of our lives. And just because there was a communication error between the paremedics taking her and tge two hospitals. I had to fight and pray my wife out of aplace she was not suppose to be in from the beginning.

Edcon complaint.

I had a Edcon account and after putting myself under dept review through Armani group. I had tge finances to finish my dept at Armani and after three months still not refunded for payments not allocated. So between Armani and Edcon mistajes have now become my problem. As I am not able to get tge nessesary clearance sertificate to move on ecrn after 3month settling my dept. Armani is constantly on their case but nothing see s to be happening. Armani group has made it clear for me that Edcon owe me about R2300. After 3 months still waiting not only for what they owe me but am not able to get my clearance from dept review.
