I dont even want to give it a 1 star this useless company, they are the most useless bunch of idiots, they have suspended my Fibre yesterday and I have sent proof of payment and arrangements were made with a lady zeah I still have the chat which I have provided them with plus proof of payment and these dumb idiots still never put it on and keep asking me for proof I even sent proof of chat to zeah useless idiots 0629867482
I dont want to give a 1 star even , everytime I go into the chat que Noone assist I sit for hours waiting, they are so useless, I asked for my account to be unblocked for months now and Noone assist what do they even have a chat department for pathetic service
Don't want to give this 1 star, from Monday our fiber has been down we called numerous times for them to reconnect it we have made payment , but still it is not on and today is Thursday, and they have still not connected the fiber they are no help at all . need this sorted immediately ticket ref 3913121 { POO004 } rsaweb account reference
I dont even want to give them a 1 star rating that is how terrible service we received from open serve,my Fibre line went down yesterday at 3 pm and till now it is not sorted we tried reaching out to them they only giving excuses and we work from home we paying full service for nothing we called customer service Ruth mogodidi was the one who took the call she is the most incapable person to be working there she was no help at all she doesn't even know how to assist customers ,open serve is the worst rsaweb has also not assisted us they just leave us hanging.this is the ticket number 86ANK230126

Such terrible service from standard bank we spend our whole time being transferred from department to department with our airtime , such useless agents I have been trying for over a week to find out why my transfer has not been reflecting in my account it's been almost 2 weeks now and Noone assist they say they will send me to department that can trace the funds Noone assists there terrible
Hi..guys I'm reaching out to the public for assistance if you know anyone I can contact legally to take betway up because they still havent refunded my R2500 and they say wait 5 business days but to take the money they so fast the guy Herbert who handling this is very unhelpful he seems like he doesn't even care about us public iv sent bank statements to them they have proof but still they have not refunded me it's now going to be a week and every time he replies with the same thing I must wait I need to urgently take them up as it's our money imagine how much more they *****ing and telling us to wait I need that money urgently next week will be 2 weeks if I have to wait pathetic service absolutely terrible hollywood bets never does this they are honest not rougues
Very disappointed again 😞, I don't even want to give a 1 star yesterday ibwithdrew an amount of R2500 into my account from betway the money I won they said moneybpaid into account nothing went in but the R100 I withdrew went through so fast I even contacted my bank they said no uncleared amount for R2500 only R100 and when I tried chatting to betway no human chats I'm so angry
Goodmorning, I am writing this review as I am very upset 😡 I have been trying to chat to a human chat from early hours of th morning and Noone is assisting, I have deposited money from my bank account to my betway account and it is not reflecting I have sent proof but none is assisting me I am so fed up
