A Sinking ship
I have been with doves for so long close to 10 years if not more. I have submitted my claim with them, for my sister who passed on 2 weeks back and was buried by Doves funeral under her policy. When I submit my claim they said the police stamp on a certified death certificate is not clear but you can actually see the date. N surprisingly how did they burry her if they suspect foul play. I though doves was advanced they would just click on the computer n see that they have every little details but no I must be crucified for a police man that gave me a stamp that is not clear. Please people beware of these things.

Cathy's in Roodepoort a ****
Last month I went to pay for my traffic fines through Cathy's Roodepoort infront of traffic department branch. Only to find out they did not pay my traffic fine, I now have a law enforcement tickets which now they are offering me to come and collect on even half of the money I paid there at their office. I am so shocked by their service as I have use them before and everything went smooth. I really trusted them not knowing that now they have turned to be a ****. If they didn't help me then to take my money for mahhala. Please anyone who can help me what can I do for real.

Those people are ****mers, I paid my traffic fines 4 of them on the 4th of September. I went to pay get my car disc afterwards. An hour passed and I checked on their website for my traffic fines it was clear like no pending a at all. Today 16/09/25 boom all the traffic fines are back in their account. Like I have never paid a cent. I sent them an email they keep on saying I have one ticket which ticket? Is the ticket that I paid for already. I asked why is their website saying I have 4 tickets they have no answer Yoo these people are ****mers .
