I submitted my 2 pot withdrawal on the 16 th and to date nothing is done, the claim was only validated, no more steps. Why does it take only 3 to 4 days for others and for me it takes forever just like the previous one?

Telkom is adding more money on my debits, claiming I have subscribed to those things.End of July I was debited R195 extra, End of August it was fine, They debited R449. This month the invoice say they will debit R711. How did I end up here. My debit order is R449 for crying out loud, this is not on. I sent email asking to cancel my contract, to date nothing happened. This is day light *******
