Purchased a 2019 Tiguan from GWM/Haval Toti early December and I had to drive for almost 4 weeks with an expired permit until they finally gave me the disk and plates on the 23 of Jan. They gave me a car without a spare key, and now everytime I text and call, their sales person (Candy) ignores me. I was instructed to do a quote for the key at vw and sent it but still I'm being ignored.
Received an excellent service from Jessica Nkosi from the ABSA Active. I'd highly recommend getting a service like that at any given day Was assisted to cancel my cover and also requested the refund. Still awaiting the refund though
They have a terrible service. .they make it complex to change contract ownership and when you ask for assistance or for them to call the third part, they refuse. I also requested for reinstallation and they said they'll attend to it, but never did. It has been 5 months now and I'm still paying for a cartrack on a car I no longer own
