Their service, is horrible. Cant hear them when they are calling me but when I return the call there is no issue, they blame it on Network issues, for such a big company that is unprofessional and pathetic. Their delivery guys are so unprofessional and RAINGO should rethink about doing business with them!

The worst institution in South Africa! The Staff is rude and unhelpful, somewhat ***********. No positive feedback unless you willing to follow up more than 50 times regarding the same matter, and no guarantee is allowed that it will yield positive results. ****ing diabolical service from this institution!
Ordered a product (rooter) from Rain on the 19th day of September and I paid the required fee. On the 24th day of September the product (rooter) was delivered with the accessories. I called them to activate the internet, but I was informed that it will be automatically activated within 24 hours. The 24 hours passed and nothing happened. On Thursday, I called logged a complaint via their WhatsApp platform and was told they will call me back in ah hour, it did not happen. I logged another call back request on the WhatsApp platform and was told they will call me back during the day, that did not happen. On Friday, the matter was transferred to Leila who deals cancelations, did she get back to me, yes she did and told me that before 2pm on Friday someone will call me and if not I can go ahead and cancel the product. Did they call me before 2pm or thereafter? Yesterday the 29th day of September, I requested a call back on their WhatsApp platform once more, and my ticket was escalated as urgent and a supervisor was going to call me back within an hour, did it happen? At around 4pm I told them I'm still waiting for someone to call me and I requested their managers email address cause I want to lay a formal complaint. The customer agent by the name Sam, rather laid a complaint on my behalf with the complaints department, I have not proof that he did that other than just his word and screenshot. He added that the support team will communicate with me promptly, yet I am still waiting. This is BULL**** service from this company, to say the least! If you want a WiFi network provider make sure Rain is not even on your list of options, Terrible service beyond words!
