Pathetic service
The service delivery for flycool is pathetic. No response since July 2025 Cancellation of service with Immediate effect. Account has been debited with any service. Mbali refuse to rectify the issue. Numerous calls and emails in place.

Terribly disappointed
I had purchased a box of the I-cone Cornetto ice-cream. The ice-cream cones were all soggy and falling apart. There was no chocolate in any of the cones at all.

Pathetic service
The KFC at the Starwood mall Their service is pathetic and they are ******. I waited for a while because I was doing card payment. I unfortunately never took down the 3 ladies names. 1st one assisted to place an order with much insistence. She was only helping the blacks and I was the only Indian at that moment. Then whilst waiting for the meal. The lady said to me that I must wait because they don't have the sauce for zinger burger. I asked her to place the mash in a plastic packet and she said it comes with a box Then I told her that I need a water and keep with a loud voice that she won't because she is going to go short. I told her that I will pay but she refused and then she packed my meal and she practically threw it at me So I asked her aren't you giving me the cold drink, seeing that you refuse to swop it. She literally screamed at me saying there's only coke. And spilled the cold drink on the table without the holder. I told her your service is pathetic.
