On the 8th December I asked a simple and easy relevant question : "How much will it cost to have cartrack so that I can track my own car online on my computer at home?" Now bear in mind, that I am not a client yet, but I do take note of their response and response time. A generic email was received on 8 December which DID NOT answer my question. I then rep**** pointing to my unanswered question AGAIN. Another reply was received on the same day, STILL NOT answering my simple question? On the same day, I sent my 3rd email to them asking them to answer my original question - their response was not forthcoming and I received no reply. On 10 December I sent my 4th email asking the same question again - today is the 11th Dec - I RECEIVED NO RESPONSE from 4 x emails. Now here is what I gather from this - IF CARTRACK is this USELESS in answering a simple easy question, what do you think are the chances of them finding or tracking MY CAR!!?? I do NOT recommend CARTRACK! (They had 4 x chances over 3 x days)
If I could rate 0 stars I would. Experience 1 : In August I purchased a high-end laptop (R15500). Stunning pics & specs, but when it arrived ... !!! The screen was cracked, didn't switch on, so I IMMEDIATELY contacted Bobshop and arranged for a return to the seller. The seller simply blamed the courier who in turn rejected this claim (which I believed as the damage seemed not to be delivery related), but that was not my problem - after about 2 weeks I asked to be refunded. Three months have passed since and guess what - no refund forthcoming - so much for buyer protection right (not to mention the horrible communication (or lack of) from Bobshop! (I never did ask the seller if they had received my EFT or not?) Experience 2 : A month later I decided to give them another chance. One of my employees wanted to sell his 17" laptop and I persuaded him to use Bobshop (still firmly believing in their bona fides). I listed it for him and within two hours it was sold. Bobshop confirmed order and R10 000 EFT deposit from buyer. My employee was very excited and I told him to be patient for a few days as payment doesn't just take a day. It is now two months since and he is still waiting for his money (which I lent him in the meantime). Bobshop did confirm receipt of EFT funds, but AGAIN - no communication from them after at least 10 emails to hello@bobshop.co.za Look, I'm not saying they are bankrupt, but the signs are there and SURELY I'm not the only one noticing it? One wonders if Takealot, Temu, Amazon has finally taken their toll on this once great bid or buy venture? I'm definitely not taking a chance on them anymore!
Parcel arrived HUB on day 2. Distance from origin to HUB = 25km. EXCELLENT! Parcel delivered on day 12. Distance from HUB to destination = 85km. BAD! So for 11 days this parcel is stationary - just lying there - no movement? I could walk or cycle the 85kms in one day and return the same day! Now I notice that there are 1080 bad reviews! SURELY PAXI CAN IMPROVE ON THEIR LOGISTICS?
The are ****ming people by advertising t a product as a "LiFePO4" battery, while it is Lithium-ion pouches. hey also claim on their website to have 30 years experience which means they cannot declare this obvious ***** as an innocent mistake! MR Farouk is aware of this and one wonders how many innocent people have been ****med and lost their money - if you have been ****med leave a Google review.
