The worst service I ever received. I been struggling to get them to deliver my parcel since 1st of December. I have phoned them multiple times trying to find out what is going on and no one can answer me. I told them multiple times that I am not available on Friday as well as only available till 4pm for delivery and they phoned me on Friday stating they are at the address after 4pm for delivery. No they say I changed my address on Friday which was not the case.
The worst service I ever had. I booked through booking.com as the lady informed me over the phone. I luckily did not pay anything however did confirm with her if I should make a payment in advance. She informed me via email that is it not necessary I can pay on arrival. I phoned yesterday to confirm that everything is still in order for the booking as she confirmed yes everything is fine. About an hour later I received an email from her stating that she has no rooms available for us anymore. The excuse then was other people booked and paid. I did ask her why she first told me I can pay at arrival if that was the case. Someone else phoned to request if she has available for the same dates and she said yes she has 6 rooms available. How is this possible??? I will never book with this guesthouse again.
<p>I ordered university textbooks on 18 May 2017 already and received a order confirmation email after I used their online shopping to order the textbooks and pay for it, where they indicated that it was in stock the time I ordered. Since then I have phoned them multiple times and eveytime they say the textbooks are suddenly on back order and everytime give me a different date when they will receive stock by. This is the worst customer service that I have ever experienced and will never order anything from them again!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Two of their customer service consultants said that they will keep me update and till date which is basically 2 months I have not heard a word from them! I am now at a point where I want my money back from them as I already had to write 2 exam papers WITHOUT textbooks which is unacceptable! I will NEVER use any of their services again!</p>
<p>After stuggling almost the whole day to get ahold of a consultant to be able to cancell my data package as the 3G ****le was already paid for. And at agreement to extend the 2GB data it was indicated that it was month by month and now suddenly the rude lady that eventually answered the phone told me that I had to pay the full outstanding amount as it was a contract for 24 months. She then said that she will transfer me to the consultant that phoned me regarding and when she transfered me it was to a number that apparently no longer exist. I am now considdering to cancel all my contracts with Vodacom due to the poor service, not even to mention the data dissapearing. </p>
