Telkom doesn't care about customers. They are rude on calls as well.
Telkom has no care and respect for its clients. I have paid off everything yet they will not update my status on the ITC. I have tried calling them multiple times without any help.
They said they would quickly help to remove me on credit beraux and took R3000 in my account o l the 20th of August. Until today nothing was done and different explanation from agents there on what hapoe9ti the R3000.
Good morning, this is Yolanda Faku with ID:880728 1174 086. I am writing to complain about Telkom who won't remove my name on the Default yet I have paid them all the money owed to them. I owed them an amount of R9400 and they handed me over to VVM attorneys and then I was offered a settlement discount of R7400 which I paid in the 7th of August thereafter paid the remaining R1 616.92 in the 27th of August seeing they said they know nothing about the discount. I also had another account with them of R695 which I was handed over to HP attorneys and I was given a settlement discount of R495 paid it off and again they denied the discount and I paid the remaining amount on the 25th of August 2025. I called them countless times and they fail to assist me, I called the Telkom customer care and they said the case was closed on their side and I need to call 0663353996 which no one is picking up.

They debited R3k from my account and when I called them to cancel the contract they didn't want to reimburse it, they said they distributed the money to the beraux. I don't understand how because I paid off everything myself with the attorneys that I was handed over too. The guy who assisted me keeps saying he is on leave since he lost his mother and its been 3 weeks now, he keeps saying he will revert back to me. I wanr my money back since they did not assist me, they can however take the R725 for the credit check they did for me, I honestly don't understand where the rest of the money went.
