No security
Security is a joke. Anyone enters as they please. I’ve witness people trespassing by the dustbins side and away from security authorisation . No strict access to the gate really. One time I enter the security room, and only one camera in the WHOLE building was on at that time. This place lacks cameras, most are off. I even seen a similar review about this and Q living responded and gaslight the comment by saying they have 24 hour security. I dare them to do that cause then I’ll show evidence of trespassing in this building.

Rather try Africrest honestly
Homeage and The Village - we had power cuts in Jan for 6 and a half days…the property neglected us. Failed to Send proper updates We had two power outages this Feb. One took a day and the other three days. Still no back up power plans from the management even if we get power cuts a lot this side. Not advisable for young adults honestly.

Find another place to stay part 2
They always lie about power outages claiming that it’s a nation wide power outage, yet you see your neighbours having power and the building being the only one. We called City Power and found out they never logged in a ticket. So it’s so shady, residents have been without power for 5 days and they don’t even have alternative solutions for this. They just in their homes chilled. Management, isn’t even on site.

Worst Accomodation Ever Those people only see their tendants as a profit margin orherwise they dont care. We have so may power cuts, including New Years Eve and four days going straight… their communications on such instances are bad, no regular updates , nothing but just an AI chatbot where you have to wait 10 hours for an agent to respond. Mind you you wont find management here. Thats not the only issue about this place but it serves as the worst accomodation experience I ever had.

Deserves 0 Stars honestly and all those paid good reviews are only coming from the staff. No tenant would enjoy staying here, let me elaborate : The security being the biggest issue, anyone comes in as they please, visitors are not monitored, no biometrics making it possible for a stranger to come in and ***** your car and drive out. Securities cannot be trusted, you are required to leave the keys by them if you will not be around. Then you'd hear stories from other tenants of missing items. The securities are always fishing for bribes. They allocate parking space to more than one person making it hard to know which it belong to. Laundry mashines are too little but they always wanna expand and build more rooms for rent income with like 5 washing machines and dryers for 500 people. Laundry machines malfunction the whole time and take ages to be fixed. The units don't have enough cabinet space to store your things. The are pests and rodents even after fumigation. The management is bad; your complaints are usually never attended to. Even logging a maintaince issue and they won't come or have to be reminded. Electricity & Water Problems, even when your whole area around us has water and power...the building would just not and trust me they not even communicate it. there is no water as I'm typing this in fact. they don't offer anything to the residence, they been promising a pool but they just keep building more rooms, the braai area they talk about lacks sitting areas, mind you we wanted to do a meet and greet as residence on our own and they threatened us with a fine. They don't give you any reason to be outside either than laundry and the kids at least have play areas. and parents, if strangers easily come in the building...your kids are not safe as well mossi???? go stay there at your own risk.
