What a waste of my time. I contacted QLiving to book a viewing and was told that the are available for viewings Wednesdays to Sundays from 11am until 7pm. I arrived at QLiving, The Unison in Randburg around 5pm on Wednesday 18 March, only to be told by security that they left already. Now bear in mind I drove all the way from Centurion in traffic for almost 1 hour, only to be disappointed with the reception area closed. They did not even bother to let me know that they are leaving and that I should reschedule the appointment. Terrible service for wasting people’s time!!!!

I reside at Forest views at unit B013. I am not happy how they are ****ming us. They do not want us to move out. We have not received a written lease from this company since we moved in. We informed them last year that we would like to move out but they told us that our lease ends at the end of January 2026 and they would demand R13000 extra if we were to move out. We waited and now its towards the end of January 2026, and they say we are not moving out and that we will only be able to move out end of April 2026. They are keeping us hostage.

Those people only see their tendants as a profit margin orherwise they dont care. We have so may power cuts, including New Years Eve and four days going straight… their communications on such instances are bad, no regular updates , nothing but just an AI chatbot where you have to wait 10 hours for an agent to respond. Mind you you wont find management here. Thats not the only issue about this place but it serves as the worst accomodation experience I ever had.

Qliving has terrible service and is a Fruadstar. After only two months of my one-year lease with Qliving, I began to notice that I was being overcharged for water. Even when I travelled for work for two weeks, my water bill remained consistently high, as if I had been there for the entire month. The premises are unsafe since it is relatively easy for non-residents to enter and there is no means to confirm who dwells there. There are numerous corridors and inadequate ventilation in their buildings. There is mould throughout the buildings and the halls are constantly stuffy. The worst of all of the aforementioned is that they will **** false moving out inspections in an effort to avoid paying your deposit. Please exercise extreme caution since Qliving management is the worst and will attempt to de***** you.

I moved into Q Living on March 20th after paying a deposit on the 1st to secure the unit. From the beginning, the experience was problematic, they refused to allow me to view the actual apartment I would be renting, instead manipulating me into viewing a better unit. Since moving in, I have faced constant harassment every month. Unnecessary and unexplained costs are regularly added to my rent. I’ve been threatened with my Wi-Fi, water, or electricity being deactivated, and even with eviction, if I don’t comply with their demands. Before moving in, I clearly explained that I am paid on the 15th of each month and requested that my rent be arranged accordingly they agreed for like a month the next month they started again. Despite this, I am harassed from the 1st of every month as though I am late, even though I was transparent about my situation from the start. The environment is also disruptive children make noise and play near my door, disturbing my child’s studies. Instead of addressing these concerns, management has now added an additional R500 to my rent, bringing it from R7,500 to R8,000 without proper justification. At this point, I feel exploited and exhausted. The lack of professionalism, transparency, and consideration from Q Living makes this place extremely difficult to recommend to anyone.
