Qliving
Based on recent customer reviews, Qliving is receiving consistently negative feedback from tenants across its residential properties. Customers repeatedly raise concerns about disputed billing, particularly inflated water charges, and unexpected fees added to monthly rent. A recurring theme is difficulty exiting lease agreements, with tenants describing penalty demands and obstacles when attempting to move out. Reviewers also frequently mention prolonged power outages, unresponsive management, reliance on AI chatbots over human agents, and disputes over deposit returns. Safety, ventilation, and overall living conditions are also criticised by those sharing their experiences.

This is the worst accomodation please don't rent to this place , what they do is completely *******. I would strongly advise anyone considering renting here to proceed with caution. I recently experienced a very difficult situation where, after informing management that I would be moving out due to financial difficulties, I was not given any notice before my electricity and water were disconnected. I was then locked out of the apartment while my personal belongings were still inside and informed that I could not access my belongings unless I settled the outstanding balance. To my understanding, this kind of action is not lawful, as tenants cannot be locked out or denied access to their belongings without a proper legal process. While I understand rental obligations, this situation has been extremely stressful and has left me without access to essential items such as clothing and bedding. I recommend that anyone considering renting here carefully review their lease terms and ensure they understand how situations like this are handled.

I’ve lived here for only 2 months and it’s utter bs! You will experience outages at the beginning of every month for a minimum of 3 days, you’ll be lucky to get responses from them. No on site manager. The agents are dismissive and you never know who you’re speaking to because they want to use AI yamasimba! They only respond here when you leave a review not nearly as 💩 as their services. They act so sorry but don’t take precaution to prepare for emergencies like power outages. I pay rent to be able to live, not get excuses for a week straight and a sorry ssa generator that does nothing. I will keep leaving reviews here and I urge anyone reading this to do the same. Don’t let these mentally defective people silence you. This is the only way they’ll do something. Affect their business and reputation. Simple.👍🏽

My experience with QLiving, the company managing Unison Building in Randburg, has been extremely negative. The monthly rent and utility billing make no sense. I was charged high water bills even during periods when I hardly lived there or used any water. QLiving demanded two months of rent in advance, which made moving out nearly impossible. When tenants face unemployment or need to relocate for work, they show no care or empathy. Instead, they make it difficult to leave, insisting on extra payments even after you have already paid in full. Management even told me to leave my belongings in the building while moving out and instructed security to stop me from taking my belongings with me. What exactly are they planning with my stuff? The service is unprofessional and communication is terrible. Calls are ignored or dropped, and management refuses to engage constructively. Their greed is clear, prioritizing money over tenant rights and basic ethics. Overall, QLiving and Unison Building operate in an exploitative and ********* manner. They trap tenants with unfair billing, advance payment demands and obstruct moving out. I strongly advise anyone considering accommodation through QLiving to avoid them completely. This is a one‑star experience and zero, if possible. that deserves to be exposed.

I reside at Forest views at unit B013. I am not happy how they are ****ming us. They do not want us to move out. We have not received a written lease from this company since we moved in. We informed them last year that we would like to move out but they told us that our lease ends at the end of January 2026 and they would demand R13000 extra if we were to move out. We waited and now its towards the end of January 2026, and they say we are not moving out and that we will only be able to move out end of April 2026. They are keeping us hostage.

Those people only see their tendants as a profit margin orherwise they dont care. We have so may power cuts, including New Years Eve and four days going straight… their communications on such instances are bad, no regular updates , nothing but just an AI chatbot where you have to wait 10 hours for an agent to respond. Mind you you wont find management here. Thats not the only issue about this place but it serves as the worst accomodation experience I ever had.
