I reside at Forest views at unit B013. I am not happy how they are ****ming us. They do not want us to move out. We have not received a written lease from this company since we moved in. We informed them last year that we would like to move out but they told us that our lease ends at the end of January 2026 and they would demand R13000 extra if we were to move out. We waited and now its towards the end of January 2026, and they say we are not moving out and that we will only be able to move out end of April 2026. They are keeping us hostage.
I have an issue with my Temu delivery. on the system it had the wrong number, I gave them the correct number but they still have not delivered or changed the number on the system. Fast way Couriers is unprofessional.
I took out a loan in 2020 and I lost my job in 2021. I went to capitec to inform them that I have lost my job. I was receiving UIF in late 2021 and 2022. I took out an insurance on the loan at capitec. I was then handed over to Ver-tex Solutions. My question is, why do we take out insurance on the loan?, if we are still handed over when an unfortunate situation of losing a job occurs. I am over R80000 in debt and I can't do anything about it.
I am a nedbank client and this morning I sent money to a different account using Payshap. The different account belongs to me. I paid R3000 using that account and still have not received my money. This service is supposed to be instant and I am very dissapointed. I have tried to chat to the nedbank agent on the nedbank app but I have received no response.
I am very disappointed with the institution. I registered with them 2023. I did not study in 2023 but I had paid the registration fee. The institution has sent me to debt collectors for R20 000 when I have not studied, attended, or submitted any assignment with them. They did not follow up with me about anything. My credit score has since gone down due them handing me over. I since tried to cancel with them but still they opted to continue when I did not utilize their services.
I lost my job in July 2021 and I made an arrangement with the bank that they can take R500 up until I get a job. So yesterday 27 January 2022 I received my UIF of R6225.22 and capitec decided to deduct R5731.61 and I was left with R491.18. This is my UIF money and I am unemployed at the moment and I have 2 kids who are both going to school. Why do we make an arrangement and then you decide to take money from my account? It's Uif money it's not a salary. I'm expected to buy groceries and survive on this money.I feel like capitec took advantage of me because I am using their bank account to receive funds. How do they expect me to survive if they take money out of my account when I am not working and we did not agree on that money.
I have been waiting for my pay out of my provident fund. I resigned on September 30th 2020 and I still haven't received my payout. I have been in contact with Monde Rwaai as well as Suzan ramakgwakgwa. Monde promised on email that the fund will payout on the 24th of November 2020 and that didn't happen. I phoned on the 25th to find out when the payout will be and he said on the 26th. it is the 26th today and nothing is happening. they don't bother responding to my emails. The company is not good I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.
