I am saddened by the terrible service I received from Linex Yamaha. Even the dealer principle, Nadine has not kept a simple agreement she made with me to provide feedback on the challenges with my bike. After suspension work and a service, the bike is extremely difficult to start and the clutch is not disengaging. I took the bike into the shop in September. Worst communication and service I have ever received from a dealer.
Aramex claims to have delivered a parcel due to me but I have not received it. They provided me with a signature as proof of delivery, but it is not my signature. I made them aware of this by way of numerous emails and phone calls. There has been no action from their side to attempt to resolve the matter.
I placed an online order with the company on 27 September. To date the order has not been delivered. I have sent numerous emails to their contact addresses but received no response.
Hi guys. Your call centre is terrible. The extent of time you place your customers on hold and dropped calls is terrible.
