Poor after sale service.
I have been waiting for longer than two weeks for a response regarding a headset that broke before the warranty had expired. I am sent from pillar to post for feedback but nobody is getting back to me.

Poor service delivery
Game Tygervalley Please do not visit this store if you are expecting them to deliver your product. When you’re in store, they promise speedy, next day delivery but once the purchase is done, they have all sorts of excuses. This is not the first time that I have purchased a large appliance from them but it will certainly be the last time.

Terrible service
When I requested a quote, I was inundated with calls for all types of insurance. I agreed to take out car insurance but received a cheaper quote from a different company with the same benefits except of course the outbonus. When I tried to cancel with OUTsurance, I had endless issues. I requested the cancellation confirmation several times but have not received it and no persistent calls as when I requested the call. Every time I called for the cancellation confirmation I was promised a call back but am yet to receive it. Absolutely terrible experience with the cancellation confirmation. They basically hounded me to sign up but no response when I wanted to cancel. Sickening experience.
