My experience with Premier Private Resorts Club has been extremely disappointing. I recently made two bookings through their system. The first reservation went through without any problems, but when I attempted to make the second booking, the system returned an error. I took a screenshot of the error and immediately contacted Premier Private Resorts Club via WhatsApp and email to report the issue and ask for assistance. They assisted me in completing the second booking and explicitly confirmed that I would not be charged anything additional, as the problem was due to a fault on their system. However, on 5 March I received an invoice stating that I owed R124. I immediately queried this because I knew I did not owe them anything. I was then informed that I did not need to worry and that the amount had been removed from my account. Today I checked my credit score, only to discover that it has dropped because Premier Private Resorts Club reported an outstanding payment against my name. This is completely unacceptable. I have already contacted them again asking them to correct this mistake, but their accounts department has not responded. It is extremely concerning that a company can tell a client that a charge has been removed, yet still report the client as owing money. Premier Private Resorts Club needs to urgently explain: • How they reported me as owing money when they confirmed the charge was removed. • How they intend to correct the damage done to my credit profile. • When this incorrect report will be removed. This level of service and accountability is absolutely pathetic. I expect this issue to be corrected immediately.
I have a concern regarding the recent increase in my annual Flexi Club membership fee. My yearly fee has increased from R15 363.70 to R16 485.70, reflecting an increase of approximately 7.3%. Given that South Africa’s current inflation rate is around 3.4% (Stats SA, September 2025), this adjustment is more than double the prevailing inflation rate. I find this excessive and would like to understand the justification for such a steep increase. I have requested Flexi Club to clarify: On what basis are these annual increases determined? Does the membership agreement specify that annual fees may rise by this percentage? I would appreciate a clear explanation and supporting reference to the relevant clause in the contract. I have not received answer back.
