FNB Fudiciary is refusing to close my late dad's account. It's accumulating bank charges. Nicholas Mitchell has apparently declined the closure. This will be escalated to the Ombudsman. No TCF in place. Very disappointed client.
I want to share my awesome client experience at Doodles today. The Waitron, Ashton Mutaramutswa is exceptional. He went the extra mile to ensure we had a great experience. My husband and I were waiting to be seated for a long time. There was no que, the waiters walked by and ignored us. This must be addressed. Ashton witnessed this and saved the day. The food was great and he ensured he went over and beyond to make up. He should be rewarded for his exceptional service. Well done! You are awesome.

My dad passed away and it was such a difficult time for me. They efficiently assisted me with the funeral cover and helped me every step of the way. They should be rewarded for going the extra mile. We have moved house more than a month ago. Our fibre has not been relocated as yet. No feedback provided. We made daily calls over the last few weeks. I am very disappointed with the pathetic ser vice from Vodacom Fibre. Please call me urgently! Have a look at the number of agents I spoke to. I give up now.
RS Plumbing Services operates in the Edgemead, Western Cape region. Robert Shearer came onsite to fix a burst pipe. On arrival, I requested a quote before any work was done. He said to me that it won't cost a fortune and proceeded to work without me approving a quotation. Further to this he took his team away to an other site and returned to complete the job later that day. My concern is the ridiculous invoice. The material cost was minimum yet he billed us for extra hours. I work from home and witnessed that they did not take as long as they billed. I am concerned about Roberts integrity for overcharging clients without getting an approved quote. Now he refuses to review the invoice and demanding payment. Edgemeadians, please be wary of RS Plumbers.
<p>I have been a loyal ADT customer for the past 12 years and paid exhorbitant yearly increases. When i moved provinces, I decided to continue the service but was shocked with the service. I then decided to cancel my service with ADT. When I sent a cancellation letter, I received a confirmation email which advised that no cancellation fee was due. A few days later, I received another email advising that i need to pay approx R1500 cancellation fee. This is totally unacceptable and I am not liable for this payment. I now keep getting monthly reminders to pay and I am not liable for this. I would like an urgent response as i am tired of calling the customer service line.</p>
